She is the Chief Executive Officer of Right Decisions Productions, LLC, a leadership and learning company that delivers high-impact seminars, coaching, and training experiences for educators, professionals, and organizations nationwide.

As the executive producer and creator of Right Decisions, a positive television talk show airing weekly on WJZY Fox 46 in North Carolina—and previously on WACH Fox 57 in South Carolina and the NOW Network nationally—Dr. Moye Johnson has inspired audiences for over two decades with practical insights and purpose-driven conversations. Originally launched in 1997 in Newport News, Virginia, the show reflects her passion for empowering others to make informed, intentional decisions about life, leadership, and legacy.

Dr. Moye Johnson brings over 30 years of experience in education, having served as a teacher, principal, and district-level administrator. Her favorite role was Director of Professional Development, where she blended leadership strategy with human development—designing impactful learning for teachers and leaders across all levels. With 20 plus years as a professional developer, she knows how to translate theory into practical application, and her sessions are known for being deeply reflective, highly engaging, and immediately actionable.

She holds dual undergraduate degrees in Broadcast News and English Education from North Carolina A&T State University, a master’s in Educational Leadership from Regent University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University.
